Product Availability. NS Design USA does its best to maintain an inventory of standard models for delivery within 7-10 business days. US Shipping. Instruments normally ship via UPS. Shipping and insurance charges (covering the value of the instrument) are the responsibility of the purchaser and are automatically applied to the invoice as part of the transaction.
International Shipping. Instruments normally ship within 3-5 working days of payment, via UPS International. Shipments are sent with complete and accurate commercial invoice that reflects the price paid for the goods. All customs, duties and taxes for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility. Any arrangements not made via NS Design with UPS International, for the international shipping option, will be the responsibility of the customer. NS Design will supply customer with shipping weights and dimension, and location for pick up.
Warranties
NS Limited Warranty for Select Stock. NS Design will cover all defects in material and workmanship for five years for the CR Series, three years for the NXTa Series, and two years for the WAV Series, from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace, at our option, any instrument or part thereof which is found by us to be defective. This warranty includes the tuning hardware, electronics, pick-up system, truss rod, bridge, fingerboard, neck and stand. This warranty does not include replacement of strings or batteries, or wear to potentiometers, the fingerboard, or surface finish. Problems resulting from disassembly, modification, customization, or repair by anyone without prior authorization from NS Design are not covered by this warranty. We assume no liability other than for the actual repair of the instrument to playable condition within our specifications. This is our sole warranty and it includes all warranties, whether expressed or implied. You may have specific warranty legal rights which vary from state to state.
NS B-Stock Instrument One-Year Warranty. NS B-Stock instruments carry a one year warranty from the date of shipment covering instrument electronics and playability. Cosmetic defects are not included. Your instrument should be examined upon receipt, and any problems with electronics or playability should be reported to NS Design. If the instrument needs to be returned, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) to write on the carton, and you will be responsible for the cost of freight and insurance.
Warranty Repairs. Instruments returned for warranty attention will be repaired and returned or refunded at our option. We recommend that you keep the original packaging materials and shipping carton in case you need to send the instrument back to us for any repairs or return, if possible.

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Refunds
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs.
