I am obsessed with the CR 5 string electric violin!!! As a classically trained violinist, I found myself wanting to experiment with pedals and effects on the violin, but always struggled to find an instrument that still upheld the beautiful tone of an acoustic. This instrument is exactly that!! I love it so much that I’ve incorporated the CR5 into the entire score of National Geographic’s Life Below Zero: First Alaskans; it’s such an incredible scoring tool as well as a performance instrument.—Geneviève Gros-Louis
